• We managed to have it (Dbvisit Standby) up and running in a very short time. We have now a standby database that will cover any hardware failure on our production database. That’s exactly the solution we were looking for. Thanks a lot for a great product!

(19th May NZST) We have switched to a new Service Desk ticketing system - Zendesk.

 

If you have logged tickets with Dbvisit Support before then your user account and previous ticket data has been brought across to this new system. All you need to do is click Login (top right) and then “Get a Password” (bottom of screen) and enter your email address to have a new password sent to you.
