In his leisure time he enjoys playing tennis and sailing.
Mark Becerra is a successful software salesman who has delighted in seeing customers achieve great improvements through the solutions he has sold them. His background includes significant time spent in the application areas of ERP, supply chain, and resource optimization. He is fluent in both English and Spanish.
Mark Ripma is responsible for designing strategic initiatives and managing day to day operations for Dbvisit. As a software engineer and executive in Silicon Valley he helped three start-ups grow into global companies. Executive roles have included: Director of European Development and Director of Advanced Manufacturing Systems at the ASK Group; Director of Integration Projects at Cisco Systems; and Vice President of Customer Success at PeopleSoft (now Oracle).
Mark has a M.Sc.in Engineering-Economics Systems from Stanford University and a B.Sc. in Systems Science from Michigan State University. He lives near Silicon Valley and enjoys family time and walking along the beach.
Denis is an experienced HighTech sales professional and networker. His background includes 15+ years in IT industry overall and 10+ years of IT solutions sales and channel management experience gained in SAP, CISCO and ORACLE.
Besides spending time with his family Denis likes to try new things and has new hobbies every year. Last year it was public speaking, this year - crossfit and machine learning.
Chris is a passionate VP Product Manager with 11 years experience in the replication space. His past experience in training DBAs and working in support have taught him the value of customer interaction. Chris likes working with customers to make sure that their business needs are being met with technical tools and requirements. Chris loves to read, hike and canoe.

Anton is currently the Vice President Engineering at Dbvisit Software Limited and is responsible for the Dbvisit’s Disaster Recovery product line. He has a wealth of experience working with Oracle technology for more than 15 years and is an Oracle ACE. He is also an Oracle Database 11g Certified Master (OCM) and has presented at various international conferences. Other qualifications include Oracle certifications (OCP) in Oracle 8i through to 12c as well as certifications in Solaris and Red Hat system administration. He has successfully implemented many projects from small to large scale, delivering high-quality results within allocated time frames. Anton also devotes time to developing a local Oracle presence and is a member of the NZOUG committee.
His other interests include running, golf, movies and theatre.
Zeke lives in Houston, Texas and leads the sales development efforts in North America. He enjoys the challenge and reward of connecting with people who will benefit from our solutions. In his spare time, he loves spending time with his two daughters, exploring cuisine from various regions of the US and the world and wandering around art museums.
Mike joined Dbvisit back in 2007 and has held a number of different roles within the organization during this time, including head of the Global Support team, and Digital Business Development pioneer. He has recently been appointed to the role of Chief Technology Officer (CTO). He is enthusiastic about new technologies and enjoys working with customers and partners to conceive of, and build, new bridges between the existing RDBMS world and the new frontiers of Big Data for business benefit. He is motivated by championing smart, cost-effective approaches and alternatives, such as Dbvisit's products, in the marketplace.
Mike has a diverse background in technology and the arts, and considerable experience in technical customer support and software development. He is passionate about Oracle database technology, having worked with it for more than a decade, spoken at numerous industry conferences including OOW, RMOUG, dbtech showcase and Collaborate, spent time as a production DBA, and gained certifications on this RDBMS platform in versions 9i through 12c.
Bertie brings a creative edge to Dbvisit, employing her extensive marketing background to ensure more companies worldwide can benefit from our products. Bertie has a strong focus on customer care and building solid relationships with clients.
Bertie speaks fluent English, Dutch and German. Based in New Zealand she loves hiking, gardening and art.
Oracle 11g Certified Master, Oracle 11g Certified Professional, 8 years of Oracle experience Unix/Linux knowledge. Well versed in PL/SQL, Perl and C, strives for perfection with the motto: anything is achievable. He likes to learn something new every day.

Kelly has worked with Dbvisit for several years, having started out with a sales and marketing focus. She has also spent time overseeing and building the Dbvisit partner channel and considers herself a champion of the channel.
Kelly now looks after the APAC and Middle East/Africa territories and enjoys the opportunities that come with working in such diverse markets.
Kelly's role has seen her train partners and present at seminars around the world, as well as create and deliver webinars on various topics.
In her spare time Kelly enjoys spending time with her two growing boys and snowboarding.
Paul is the Founder of Author-it Software Corporation and the architect of the Author-it product. Author-it was born out of the frustrations that Paul experienced producing documentation in the Telecommunications industry. His vision was to actually solve the problems that content writers face rather than just to provide a cure for the symptoms. The result was Author-it; a product built from the ground up around principles such as topic based writing, single sourcing and separating content from format.
Regarded as a visionary within the industry, Paul is a popular speaker at events all over the world on topics ranging from technical writing and help authoring to content management and localization. Paul works with local companies using his expertize in overseeing a global organization to advise and assist other technology companies.
Mark Otten is a Chief Operating Officer for Wherescape and has extensive international experience in the U.S., Europe, Asia, and Australasia holding senior financial and commercial roles with multinational companies, including Ernst & Young, The Walt Disney Company, and Polo Ralph Lauren.
Prior to WhereScape, he was the Chief Financial Officer for Ezibuy Ltd. Mark is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
Pierre joined Dbvisit in 2011 as an International Advisor. He oversees long-term business development for Dbvisit with a primary focus on France. With various experience in companies such as Orion Health (2 years) and Intersystems (18 years), he knows what it takes to embark successfully with new customers and for Application providers and resellers to adopt "best of breed" new technologies.
Pierre received his international MBA from ISG in France and an undergraduate degree in electronics from ISEN.
Born and raised in Bratislava, Slovakia. Martin started working in IT industry in San Francisco’s Bay Area in 1998 and continued working with database and applications after he moved to Auckland, New Zealand in 2007. Martin is an Oracle and MS SQL certified DBA and has 15 years of experience working with hardware, systems, as well as administering various database technologies and applications. Martin has a can do attitude and believes where there's a will, there's a way.
In his spare time Martin enjoys spending time with his family as well as getting out either hiking around New Zealand or sailing on Auckland’s Waitemata Harbour and beyond.
Kathy has a background in the software industry working in a sales, marketing and communications capacity. She is experienced in leading global marketing teams and enjoys the challenges that working in a fast paced, agile software environment brings. She has a linguistics degree, with a minor in new media, and has completed a number of marketing qualifications along the way to stay current with trends and innovations. She is currently exploring how we can employ the latest in marketing technologies to more effectively deliver relevant information to the right people at the right time.
In her spare time she can be found either with a camera in hand or exploring her local coastline by kayak.
Donna Guazzaloca-Zehl is a Senior Pre-Sales Database Engineer with years of DBA experience and is a technical wiz. She has previously managed large teams of DBA's so she knows exactly what challenges they face and enjoys helping them solve issues by implementing replication solutions that meet the business needs and help them succeed. She understands the operational pressures of managing highly available systems and the need for managing expenses with shrinking IT budgets.
Donna has a Bachelors Degree in Bio-Medical Computing & Masters Degree Software Engineering and Management from RIT. She is ITIL certified. Donna has two teenage sons who keep her very busy. She loves team sports, the outdoors and cooking, a vital skill with two teenagers.
