Fixes:
- Fixed ORA- error handling code bug introduced in 6.0.20. If running Dbvisit Standby 6.0.20, please upgrade as version 6.0.20 may not detect Oracle errors correctly. This only affects version 6.0.20.
- System_readiness test did not work on Windows if Dbvisit was not installed in standard location - fixed.
