Default Configuring the SSH port for Dbvisit Standby

You can configure Dbvisit Standby to use any ssh port.
The default port is 22.

To specify an alternative port edit the DDC file and set SSH_PORT= to the required port number. The DDC file is a text configuration file and will be in the Dbvisit Standby install directory. It will be named dbv_<database>.env. Where <database> is the name of your database.

Other settings that may be of interest in the DDC file are (description are in the DDC file):
CP_OPTIONS=
RSH_OPTIONS=
CP=
RSH=

With CP and RSH settings you can specify an alternate method to the standard ssh and scp available on Unix/Linux.
