FATAL-1: Could not connect as SYS to database +ASM

The problem probably is that the ASM database is not the default SID +ASM.

For example if the ASM database is called: +ASM1:
Edit the *-onetime.ddc file and set:
SET MINE.MINE_ASM +ASM1

Then rerun the replication configuration script to re-initialize the replication. This can be done by running the:
*-all.sh

Example:
If the DDC file is called orcl, then the script will be:
orcl-all.sh
