Fixes and features:

1. Speedup apply on LOBs
2. Prevent multiple running processes for the same DDC/process name
3. Fix rollback on large transactions (mine); optimize the lookup
4. Fix LONG assembly
5. Fix suplog error messages for IOT
6. Change network key generator (could sometime fail)
7. Add possibility to limit command line length for impdp/expdp/exp
8. MSSQL/mysql fixes (specify server on command line, specify TNS_ADMIN)
9. EXCLUDE/INCLUDE CREATE TABLE
10. Remove some superfluous questions from the setup wizard.
11. Fix resetlogs instantiation
12. Detect our datapump jobs and don't replicate them (useful for two-way replications)
13. MSSQL module missing
14. Reduce plog size by caching column and object info
15. Improve speed for array-insert/delete and direct path insert
16. Added more log switches to setup.dbvrep script
17. Shortening of column names if CDC prefix makes them too long
