Error is:

Connect to database failed with error ORA-24327: need explicit attach before authenticating a user.
Check database and listener are running. Check your TNS settings. Please check and/or update TNS_ADMIN in the DDC file to point to correct tnsnames.ora location.

Error encountered, not starting Dbvisit Replicate.

Solution:
Errors like this usually point to different tnsnames.ora location and/or contents on source and target; either the TNS_ADMIN in the ddc file is not correct (the ORA-24327 error) and/or the tns identifier connects to a different database on source and target (ORA-01045 or ORA-01031 insufficient privileges).

Also, it maybe possible that mulitple *-all.sh scripts (or just the grants) were run at the same time, then the process may try to connect while the second script just dropped/created the user.
