Ordering support with multiple Dbvisit Standby licenses

Question:
If somebody buys more than 1 license would it be possible to order support for just 1 of the licenses, or do you have the same policy as Oracle: all or none with support?

Answer:
We have the same policy as Oracle. Support can only be ordered for all Dbvisit Standby licenses. So if a customer has 2 Dbvisit Standby licenses, support has to be ordered for both of these licenses. It cannot be ordered for just one license.
