DBVisit Install - Failed to create user dbvisit

I have just downloaded the latest version as suggested by yourselves on a different issue and removed the old version. I completed the setup and clicked on Finish and got the following error:

DBVisit cannot create user dbvisit
There is a missing or invalid option
Source line number 309.

Can you please advise what must be done to get around this issue.

The database is a brand new one running Oracle 11g. (11.1.0.7)
Server is Red Hat Linux 5.

Apologies for the inconvenience. We have now fixed the issue. Please download again from our website. The version showing in the Web interface for the new version is: V6.0.12.7660

The upgrade is very easy. Unzip and untar the download. This created a new temp directory called dbvisit.
CD into this directory and chmod 750 dbvisit_install
Run dbvisit_install and you are upgraded.
