Dbvisit is a product of Avisit Solutions Limited.
Avisit Solutions Limited was founded in June 2000 in New Zealand by Database specialist, Arjen Visser. In his previous work experience he realised that there was little attention paid to Disaster Recovery and business continuity, therefore leaving companies extremely vulnerable. The solutions that were in available lacked robustness, or were very hard to install and configure. This inspired him to initiate the development of Dbvisit, according to the following principles:

	Arjen Visser - CEO and Technical Director Arjen has over 20 years of database experience in the IT industry. His technical expertise and extensive IT knowledge covers a broad range of industries and areas. He is passionate about helping to create software that is highly effective and simple to use. In his leisure time he enjoys playing tennis and sailing.
	Libby Russell - Sales Manager Libby Russell is an experienced marketeer with 15 years in the ICT sector in New Zealand and overseas. She is actively involved in the industries here in New Zealand as the Executive Officer of Software New Zealand. She has managed a pan-European hosting product portfolio, run corporate marketing and internal/external communications programmes, and developed product strategies and development processes. When not working she is an enthusiastic cook and enjoys the movies.
	Kelly Langi - Sales & Marketing Kelly Langi has a background in a range of industries working in a sales, marketing and customer service capacity. In her spare time she enjoys spending time with family, cooking, gardening and craft.
	Bertie Plaatsman - Sales & Marketing & QA Bertie brings a creative edge to Dbvisit, employing her extensive marketing background to ensure more companies worldwide can benefit from our products. Bertie has a strong focus on customer care and building solid relationships with clients. Bertie speaks fluent English, Dutch and German. Based in New Zealand she loves hiking, gardening and art.
	Lasse Lundbom - On-line Marketing Lasse has an extensive marketing and graphic design background with an expertise in creating internet based marketing campaigns. He is recognized for his simple, fresh and effective designs. In his leisure time he likes to play the drums, be out in nature, and go to the movies.
	Mike Donovan - Marketing, Support & Development Mike is a skilled software developer and likes to work in a challenging and innovative environment. He has a diverse background in developing software, and is very experienced with Oracle. His other interests are: surfing, running and music. He plays in a band with his 2 brothers.
	Anna Macnaughtan - Support & Development Anna is a certified Oracle DBA with wide knowledge of UNIX/Linux and Perl programming. Anna's experience in software development combined with her background in Oracle database administration brings value to the business. She enjoys reading, swimming, movies and travel.
	Holger Jahn - Development Holger has a many years of experience in the IT industry. His areas of expertise include software development, systems administration & architecture and business solution modeling.
	Vit Spinka - Consultant & Development Oracle 10g Certified Master, Oracle 11g Certified Professional, 8 years of Oracle experience Unix/Linux knowledge. Well versed in PL/SQL, Perl and C, strives for perfection with the motto: anything is achievable. Likes to learns something new every day. Other interests: classical music, exploring the depths of Oracle.
